COMPACT DRY (NISSUI) – READY-TO-USE DEHYDRATED CULTURE MEDIA PLATES

Compact Dry plates utilize a chromogenic enzymatic reaction system, in which enzymes produced by microorganisms during incubation react with specific substrates, resulting in uniquely colored colonies for easy identification.

These plates are widely applicable across various industries, including:
confectionery, beverage manufacturing, dairy processing, meat and seafood, snack production, fruit and vegetable processing, sugar production, animal feed, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and drinking water production.
